Zyraen LLC (“Zyraen,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. It applies to zyraencollar.com only — the Zyraen product is not yet shipping, and this site does not operate any customer accounts or connected devices.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us (for example to join the founders list), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond and, if you ask, to keep you updated about Zyraen.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

What we don't do

• We do not run third-party advertising or sell personal information.
• We do not use tracking cookies. This site currently sets no cookies of its own.
• We do not collect payment details — reservations and deposits are not yet open.

Product privacy commitment

The Zyraen platform is being designed local-first: camera frames are intended to be analyzed on the in-home hub and then discarded, with cloud sync optional, encrypted, and off by default. Full product privacy terms will be published before any hardware ships.

Email list

If you join the founders list, we will only email you about Zyraen — product progress, reservation openings, and launch news. Every email will include a way to opt out, and you can opt out any time by writing to support@zyraencollar.com.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing support@zyraencollar.com. We honor applicable rights under Wisconsin law, U.S. state privacy laws, and, where applicable, the GDPR.
